My Role

CECI is a skincare brand focused on natural hydration and gentle effectiveness. I led the brand redesign, creating a new visual identity that included logo design, packaging, product labels, promotional visuals, and video content. Through a clean and modern design system featuring white and aquamarine tones, I aimed to communicate freshness, softness, and trust. The product line comprising a toner, cream, and serum was unified through a minimalist yet distinctive aesthetic that speaks to both nature and professionalism.

Project Overview

This project aimed to elevate CECI into a skincare brand that feels both professional and approachable. I developed a new logo using geometric shapes and natural curves to reflect hydration and purity. Packaging was designed with clarity and consistency, while subtle graphic variations distinguished each product. To strengthen emotional appeal, I produced visuals and videos that feature soft tones and flowing compositions, reinforcing the brand’s calming and moisturizing qualities.

Design Challenge

One of the key challenges was designing a logo that felt natural and modern without being overly generic a balance of simplicity and uniqueness. Crafting packaging for three different products also required careful visual consistency while allowing each to stand out individually. On top of this, I had to shape the overall perception of the brand: CECI needed to look premium but remain warm and accessible. Finally, breaking through the saturated skincare market meant the design had to immediately evoke trust, quality, and a sense of gentle efficacy.

Design Solution

To address these challenges, I experimented with a variety of logo concepts before arriving at a refined design that uses soft curves and an aquamarine palette to signal hydration and calm. For packaging, I adopted a clean, minimal layout using white as the primary base, and incorporated unique graphic elements for each product to ensure clarity and cohesion. Promotional videos and ads were created with a light, fluid motion style and natural color tones to visually express the soothing benefits of CECI’s products. Altogether, the outcome is a consistent and elegant brand identity that differentiates CECI in a crowded market while staying true to its natural, moisturizing roots.
